Patria has agreed to acquire 100% of the shares of NEDAERO, a leading Dutch specialist in defence and aerospace components and parts. NEDAEROs operations are located in Zevenaar and Alphen aan den Rijn in the Netherlands and the company has about 35 employees. NEDAERO has several decades of experience in manufacturing and MRO business in both the civil and military aviation industry. The transaction will be completed on April 1st, 2022.
